Elevator Cabs and Doors

Due to it's light weight and .006" thinness Strataflex can be used to refinish an elevator cab without first removing the existing laminate. It is clean, odor free and the job can be done quickly during normal business hours. This is helpful because there are safety issues that arise when you take an elevator out of service. Even during installation, in the event of an emergency, the elevator could be put back into operation because there is no demolition work being done inside the cab.
